Did you know that women live longer, happier, healthier lives when they have high quality relationships with each other? It doesn’t surprise me one bit! It actually helps us to THRIVE! 🔥

There’s SO MUCH benefit and medicine in being surrounded by supportive sacred sisterhood!

In a world where it can be challenging to experience deep, embodied selflove, solid sisterhood and authentically shining your light – it’s super empowering and healing to be submerged in a bubble that offers exactly that!

Deep NOURISHMENT and CONNECTION to ourselves, each other and our power. I have seen over and over again that that is something we deeply long for, yet somehow also deeply fear. Because unfortunately we are conditioned not to love and trust ourselves, each other and our gifts… So it’s an act of love and rebellion to RECLAIM that!

It’s one of my favorite things to my work!  Watching women fall in love with themselves, each other and life again! Seeing them grow in their trust and power and change their lives! And therefore that of many others.

Long lasting, life changing friendships are born. So many of my clients became besties and co creators! Soulmate sisterhood. It’s so fulfilling to see! It warms my heart every time. Because it’s a gift that keeps on giving. And not only changing their lives, it changes the world.

“Just” by coming together, taking off our masks, and showing up in vulnerability and power. Remembering and honoring who we truly are. No plant medicine or breathwork needed (though that can be powerful and beautiful!) Ultimately, WE ARE THE MEDICINE. I’ve seen it over and over again!

It’s why I’m organizing my beautiful 3 day WOMAN WHO RISE retreat again! And I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to that! It’s always such a deep, nourishing and life changing, potent portal! I know, big words to claim, but I have the receipts! 😉 Many women have transformed their lives for the better after showing up to WWR, for themselves and each other. Do you have the courage too? 🦁
